What does Green County need to do to improve in 2013? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I would really like to hear an information on Green County that is out there.

^^Caldwell is stacked. You know it, everybody in Princeton knows it and so does the rest of the state, but be weary of this game. Green County is stacked in their own right. Their QB, Weston McDermott will be as good of a run/pass QB that Caldwell will see all year long and he is just the tip of the iceberg. Their man that makes them really go is RB, Evan Jaggers. Jaggers' is one of the fastest kids in the state. I'm not sure where he finished in the Class A 100 and 200 finals this May, but I know for a fact he finished in the overall Top 10 during the indoor season in the 60M sprint.

 

Caldwell and everybody else better pack a lunch and some jet engines when the play Green County this year.

The Green County game will be Caldwell's longest regular-season road trip in some time. Will be interesting to see what effect that has on the Tigers.

 

Teams that give Caldwell problems are typically teams with some speed. It's been my experience that the best answer for a good System offense is lots of speed on defense.

 

I'm anxious to see how Green's QB/RB duo stack up against the one Caldwell faced at Louisville DeSales last year. Roush and Byrd were pretty tough.

I thought I read somewhere that Green County returned a big part of last year's team. Could be a pair of ranked teams when Caldwell and Green meet.

^^They do return alot. Much like Caldwell, they will be the same group of kids from last year..a year older. It should be a great game. I want to think they return at least 15-16 of their 22 starters.

That October 4th game should be the Game of the Week in Kentucky, with these 2 well matched teams. It is always great to see teams like these taking the chance of taking a loss this late in the season. It will pay off for both teams heading into the playoffs. Hopefully Green County can make an early return trip to Princeton for the state semifinals on November 29th. :banana:
