In 2016, 7th graders will have to designate their high school, and from that point forward the transfer rules will take into effect. Thats the very simple summary of the rule that was passed back in 2010 or 2011. If I get time I will try to find the verbatim regulation for it.

 

If so, this is the old 'Prop 2' rule that terrible then and terrible now.

 

Wilson Sears was pushing 'Prop 2' hard with this very draconian rule.

Was talking with someone from Florida this past weekend and they indicated the schools in Florida hated being in the MS football management role. Hence why it was turned over to Pop-Warner.
