Anderson County 2013/1014

Featured Replies

Basketball season for 2013/2014 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Anderson County? Remember, please be constructive.

Might have the best backcourt in the area with Estes running point and Cummings at the 2. Hearing they might have a big man not play, will hurt if thats true (don't know that it is) and if so they will struggle for some size. Losing Smith and Linzey will hurt, but if Cummings keeps progressing he will take up the scoring slack left with Smith graduation. Some younger kids are probably going to have to step it up and contribute.

^How do you see them finishing in their district? Is it seeded?

They still have Glen Drury, the best in the 8 th region. He will get them to the region.

Yes, it's seeded. Collins I would suspect would still be considered top dog, Anderson next, Spencer and Shelby Co fighting it out for 3 and 4 seeds, though it does seem Shelby is slowly improving.
