Who is going to win the 38th district freshman tournament?

Who is it gonna be boyz?

The first round is Deming Vs. Nicholas and Harrison vs. Pendleton.

My prediction is Deming and Harrison will meet in the finals and for the third time this season. I pick Deming to avenge the two earlier losses and come away with the Championship.

I had the privilege of watching the Harrison County freshmen play at Brossart on Thursday night, a 51-41 win for the Breds.

I was very impressed with how well they played together and was informed that they have now won ten in a row and sport a 12-3 record.

I'll go out on a very strong limb and say that HARRISON COUNTY will win the 38th and give Mason County a run for their money in the 10th Region Freshmen tournament.

Mustang don't count Deming out yet.

Harrison beat them by 6 at Deming and in the rematch Deming led most of the game before falling at the end. The District is at Deming also.

Not to mention that Deming starts 3 7th graders on the varsity. YOu should check them out. Their fun to watch.

Sorry, I wasn't familiar with Deming, only commenting on Harrison County.

Let me adjust my statement - I was very impressed with Harrison COunty. It will take a very good team to beat them!

Deming's starting three 7th Grader on varsity and their abilty to compete with the freshmen Thorobreds makes me wonder what they have put in the Mount Olivet water supply??? :D

The King twins are the best young men I've seen in awhile. To answer your question about the what they are putting in the Mount Olivet water supply it's

the Superman's DNA.

Earlier this year I watched the Pendleton freshman team play, and was impressed even though they lost. Due to injuries and other issues, I have been told they will only play with 6 players. Despite this, I look for Doug Lambert to have a big game, and the whole team come together to win the district championship, despite their struggles in the regular season.

That should have said they start for the Freshman not the Varsity. My bad!
