The end zone at Bellarmine would have been filled as well as the area opposite in the lower arena by students of both schools. I predict more of the same Wednesday evening. Central will give Trinity more of a test.

How was the crowd for an 8:30pm game on the opposite end of town for both teams?

Crowds were nothing compared to Bellarmine. Male brought the biggest student section.

 

Ballard game was empty at the start and most people filed out at halftime of the Trinity game.

 

On a side note, I wasn't impressed with Ballard or Trinity.......Looked like they were both looking forward to a game on down the road

^You weren't impressed with Ballard? They didn't even bother showing up for the game until the second half and STILL won by almost 30.

I don't remember quarterfinals crowds at Bellarmine being all that spectacular anyway, but I was extremely disappointed by the complete lack of students from nearly every school. Male did well and Manual had a nice group; playing an archrival is sure to up those numbers. St. X had a small but dedicated group as well. Trinity had naught but parents and a few teachers and administrators... really disappointing from them.
