Quick thoughts:

From a Powell perspective this is a tough draw. Leslie is a tough team, the game could go either way. Powell has been very hot, but Leslie took them to OT on Powell's home floor and Moore had around 46 to 48 points if memory serves, with Powell's Rogers having 38. Letcher will walk over Breathitt (opinion). Winner of Powell/Leslie can at least put up a fight against Letcher, I look forward to that game.

Wolfe and Estill have to be thrilled that they drew one another. Will be a good experience for either of these young teams to make the 2nd round. Knott vs Perry should be a good game, I give a slight edge to Perry. Winner of Perry/Knott likely has a trip to the finals in their future, no offense to Wolfe/Estill.

I look for the tournament to be very competitive and I wish all the teams good luck!

Letcher goes to diddle
