I was surprised to see Russell Co at #1.

I think Russell County has earned it. They've been the most consistent of all the teams. Clinton County is the only region team to beat them, and they would have been a candidate to ascend to the top instead had they not had such a poor Christmas break.

I really like how you have listed their previous ranking too. Who do you think in this region plays the strongest schedule? You can't always go by W/L.

Bowling Green has definitely played the strongest schedule thus far. That's part of their lack of success. If their schedule was weaker the 5-7 ranking would have them further down. After that probably teams like Warren Central, Russell County, and South Warren have played the best schedules.
