Covington Latin 86 Silver Grove 81

Wow... The Trojans are on a roll! That's three victories in a row for them. That's freakin' awesome!!! I did not attend this game and got the game results from khsaa.org. Their record now stands at 3-4, and they'll be taking a break until a holiday event they'll be playing in Ripley, Oh on Dec. 27th & 28th. Latin only suits up 8 players. I'm gonna guess that each one made it in the score book with this game, but wow... I just wonder how many Mitchell Blewett ended up with if the team had 86??? If there's anybody out there with some game details or stats, I'd love to see them.

Congratulations Trojans!!!

The paper said Blewett had 49 points and 16 rebounds. The 49 points broke a school record held since 1982. It didn't say what the previous record was or who held it but that had to be a record set by Justice.

That's excellent!!! Thanks for the info VOR!!!

Anybody know where Blewett played ball in MS or grade school? Name sounds familiar, but I cannot place him.

Great job by Latin!
