Boyle County travels to East Jessamine to take on the Jaguars of East Jessmine. East is hot out of the gate with wins over Estill County, Casey County and Garrard County and caused East Jessamine to move up to #6 in the 12th Region.

 

Boyle County has a victory over Woodford County and they sit at #7 in the 12th Region.

 

 

These two have played some very close games the last few years and this game figures to be no different. They played twice last season, once in the regular season and once in the region tournament and split those matchups. Boyle County eliminated East's hopes in March and East looks to get some early revenge.

East has to replace some key players but they returned Ronnie Carson and Timy Bradshaw. Both have proven to be able to score points for East and make East pretty formidable. They'll be a team to keep an eye on as the season progresses. They may surprise folks who counted them out due to the players they lost last season. I expect Ronnie Carson to be one of the top 10 players in the region by the end of the season. Some may say he already is and they wouldn't be wrong, IMO.

I think its gonna be a tuff game for both teams. I do think East has a few players that are real good (I've watched them play this year) but I will take the Rebels on this one 53-48
