2012 Bluegrass-Buckeye Charity Classic - December 2nd @ Thomas More

Featured Replies

Three games between boys high school basketball teams from Kentucky and Ohio comprise the schedule for the 11th annual Bluegrass-Buckeye Charity Classic on Sunday, Dec. 2 at Thomas More College.

This year's three interstate match-ups are:

Oak Hills (Ohio) vs. Holmes (Ky.), 1 p.m.

Purcell-Marian (Ohio) vs. South Laurel (Ky.), 3 p.m.

Taft (Ohio) vs. Lexington Dunbar (Ky.), 5 p.m.

Tickets for the three-game package will be $7 for adults and $4 for students. Children 5 years and younger will be admitted free. All tickets will be sold at the door.

During halftime of each game, fans will be chosen for a shooting contest with the winners receiving gift coupons.

Proceeds from the BBCC will be donated to the Ruth Lyon's Children's Fund, Neediest Kids of All and Chicks-N-Chucks, a breast cancer awareness group. Over the past 10 years, the classic has donated more than $110,000 to local charities.
