The way the post looks makes it look like i had a 3 team district. I agree no 3 team districts, the only difference i had than yours is i had Shelby Valley and Phelps switched. Does your alignment fit better geographically?

Phelps is closest to Belfry and East Ridge, but no one else.

 

Belfry is close to Sheldon Clark.

 

Region is odd.
