How is the all region team selected before Regional play is concluded? Is it a season-long award, or limited to the play during Regionals (like all-district team).

 

Someone scores 3 goals in a Regional championship match - shouldn't they be on the All-Region team?

It is an all region team for the season not an all tournament team which would be just for the regional tourny.
