Officials Rules Emphasis 2012

What are the key rules officials are emphasizing in 2012?

Is roughing the passer a rule of emphasis? I ask about this in particular because I have seen several roughing the passer penalties this season already and it looks like they are going by the NFL roughing the passer definition - i.e. don't touch the QB if the ball is leaving his hand.

Roughing the passer must be. I have seen a couple of calls on what use to the be little intimidation bumps after the pass was away.
