Don't look for Coach Yeagle at Ryle

I noticed the assumption by some on another thread that Coach Yeagle will be at Ryle next year. This is not true and is certainly not a foregone conclusion. I do not see Coach Warner leaving Ryle and it just doesn't make sense at the H.S. level to bring in an extremely qualified head coach to assist indefinitely. I would think Conner makes sense if Coach Stellman is really going to call it quits after the '06 season. Mike could assist one year and get acquainted with the players and then take over in '07.

I know that you are close to the program. Have you talked to anyone else about this at Ryle. It was posted before as though it was a done deal.The more I hear about this guy's destination the less I'm sure he will be anywhere next season.

Both guys reporting that he will and that he won't are very reputable on this one. Who knows the truth? What is the real story here. :confused:

We should be able to hear from Coach Yeagle directly this week. I do wish him well wherever he coaches.

Coach Yeagle is looking for a teaching position as well as a co-ordinator coaching position. He is not just looking for a head coaching position, the return to teaching is foremost in his desire.

I heard he was being hired at Gray Middle School. Again just hear say and I have no real facts. I know there was alot of talk out of the Ryle Raider camp that they would like to have Coach Yeagle as their Offensive Coordinator. We shall all wait and see!!!!!!!!!!! JD
