This one should be a fun contest as both teams have already shown two interesting stats. They can both score and they can give up points also.

I know very little about either team. In the contest I picked Christian Co becasue they were the home team.

Can you tell us more about them? Thanks.

Christian Co. 28-21.

Henderson County is one of the few team that run the split-back veer. Their QB does a good job of running thier offense and is above average throwing the ball. In recent years Henderson struggles with teams that have speed but at the end of the year they hit their peek at the right time. Should make it the semis this year but dont seeing them beating Trinty/St.X(no surprise). Everybody else they can play with in 6A.

Christian County is trying this year to have only one way players. Last year the Colonels started out the gate strong but struggled late in the year with injuries and players loosing their legs due to playing both sides of the ball. Not as sharp as last season early on but this was expected with many new faces playing different positions. Bright sports so far has been the the QB who's throwng it well (260 last week) and the play of Corey Mosely who has rushed over 400 yards and around 200 receiving. He's one the most under-rated players in the state. should be a good game with size vs speed.

Henderson has struggled with Christain Co since Clay took over for the north Colonels. I think it's a combination of Henderson not having as much speed as years past and CC getting faster. I think Henderson has to have success on the ground and let their slow grinding veer offense keep the CC offense on the side lines. HC's QB Hunter Comer didn't have a very good game against Reitz in week 1 but was able to get the ship moving in the right direction in week 2 wiht a much better game. If Henderson can hold onto the ball and burn the clock the long sustained drives they should get Clay his first win over the south Colonels.
