Any updates from the Beverly Bandits, Doom, NKY Bandits, KY Naturals, or any other teams on how they did over the weekend.

At Sluggerfest, KY Xplosion lost 6-5 to Cincy Magic on friday and won 9-0 over Columbus Phoenix saturday in pool play. Then won 20-0 (3 innings) over Lady Mustangs, won 9-1 over OFC Heat, & lost 6-5 to EMR on Saturday. Came back on sunday and lost 7-3 to Renegades(PA).

 

This weekend at Expressway Park for the Smokey Baker Tourney

Saw that in the other thread. Congrats on a nice weekend and thanks for the update. Tough loss against EMR. They are typically a very good team year in and year out and to lose by only one to them is a very nice game. Who wound up winning sluggerfest? Good luck this weekend at Expressway Park.

Beverly Bandits ended up not playing in Bloominton this past weekend. If you win a qualifer you can't play in another, Since we are not going to OK City I figured we could turn the birth down. I guess there was some confussion so we just sat out.

 

Went to Chicago instead and practiced 6 hours. How fun!!

 

Girls left for CO today, hopefully they do well.

Naturals played in Shelbyville. Think they made it to the semis. They are having a little trouble putting it all together. We're not giving up though! Too much talent on that team. They will pull it together! They play in Georgetown this weekend.

Good luck in Georgetown. The Tiger Classic and Slammerfest are two very competitve tournaments and two of my all time favorite tournaments.
