New offensive coordinator (Mike Whitaker) after Coach Collins went to be head coach at GRC. I have heard they are still looking for an offensive/defensive line coach.

Montgomery County QB camping in Ivy League

Montgomery County High School senior quarterback Matt Tuttle, who has already set multiple school records, is camping this week.

 

Tuttle’s father, Brian, said the 5-foot-11, 175-pound member of the Class of 2013 is camping at Princeton and Harvard.

 

The young Tuttle has amazing bloodlines.

 

His grandfather on his father’s side, Cecil Tuttle, was an All-American basketball player at Georgetown College. He led the Tigers into the NAIA National Tournament in 1961, 1962, and 1964 and finished his career as the No. 2 scorer in school history. He selected in the ’64 NBA Draft by the St. Louis Hawks.

 

Former Kentucky basketball player Charles ‘Chili’ Ishmael, who played for Adolph Rupp, and ex-UK football player Dutch Ishmael are uncles on his grandmother’s side of the family.

 

Matt Tuttle has played varsity for three years, completing 311 of 529 passes for 3,888 yards and 39 touchdowns for his career. As a junior, Tuttle passed for 2,004 yards and 24 touchdowns with only six interceptions.

 

Tuttle also punts and averages 36.9 yards a kick for his career.
