What does Monroe County need to do to improve in 2012? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Think that for Monroe Co. to be better this season O-Line and D-Line both will have to step up a few notches. The passing game also needs improvement as last year the team was average at best in the passing game. Monroe is in a very tough region and semi state so to be able to compete against the best teams in their region and semi state they will have to improve these aspects fo their team.

Monroe is looking fairly descent this year after going 500 last year. They return 9 offensive starters and 9 defensive starters with a 22 strong senior class. We will see when Wayne county rolls into Falcon Nation tonight for what is always a good scrimmage. The Monroe County player to watch is fullback/Linebacker Jacob Hodges, with him being looked at by Harvard! He is definitely a game changer for Monroe this year....Also you have the threat of Chad Wilson, which is Neal's younger brother, Neal plays for Western. This should be another good year for the Falcons, with high hopes of a deep playoff run!!!
