The Breds and Freshman pitcher Sarah Neace spoil Senior Day at Bellevue. Sarah Neace throws her 1st career NO-HITTER today at Bellevue and she strikes out 10 along the way. Bellevue gets 2 aboard in the 1st on walks, but Neace records 3 K's in the inning. She allows a one out walk in the 4th, but that runner is "gunned down" as Freshman catcher Kristin Schreiber makes a perfect throw to Taylor Burkart at 2nd. This is the 15th runner Schreiber as caught stealing this year. The NO-NO was in jeapordy in the 5th as Neace walks the 1st three batters of the inning, however she gets a strikeout and then a groundball to Burkart at 2nd who "fires" home to get the force and the final out is a strikeout. For the game other than the K's and Schreiber's throwout at 2nd, Bellevue only mustered a pop out to 1st baseman Rachel Hardesty and 3 groundballs to Burkart at 2nd.

The Breds didn't really hit the cover off the ball, they get 8 hits and draw 7 walks, but capitalize on 9 Tiger errors (5 fielding-4 throwing). With all the errors and passed balls, there is NO WAY I'm going to give my usual recap.
