Bracken County completes the season sweep as they shut out the Wildcats today in Brooksville. The Wildcats are now scoreless in their last 14 innings! The win improves the Polar Bears to 16-10 on the year while Pendleton County drops to 12-10. Senior Brent Jacob took the loss for the Wildcats.

Pendleton County has got to score some runs! The upperclassmen need to step it up at the plate unless they are satisfied with their season ending soon. The pitching staff is giving up only 4 runs a game and at most, 1.5 of those runs are earned.

Got to give credit to Bracken Co. too, they played very well in both games. Tonight they got a complete game 2 hitter from Zack Williams. Eli Florer was 3-3, RBI, 2B, 2 R, Josh Cummins 2-3, 2 R, 2B; Conner Rigg 2-4, R, with Williams and Jarrett Moore each getting a hit and a RBI.

I agree! I was just saying that to compete they need to get some runs. You can win by scoring no runs.
