Pretty good effort by both squads. Corbin missed So many shots inside, they just wouldnt fall. The Hounds have just gotta get more control with the ball. Until then Turnovers .......turnovers is gonna kill em. Perry Central had a comfortable lead, but allowed the scrappy Hounds back in the game and Corbin could have sent the game to overtime........ as a last second shot rimmed out. Look for the Hounds to settle down and still be in the hunt come march! :banana:

Corbin did miss way too many easy shots and only shot 33% from the field and 22% ftom the 3-point line. Perry Central seemed to want it more for the first three quarters and then Corbin tried to raise their intensity late in the game, but time ran out on them.

Does anyone know why Barley did not play for Corbin? He played well the first two games of the tourney and did not get in at all last night.

Maybe Barley was ill or something.

I think @ this point in the season Corbin, Clay, Bell, Harlan, and Cawood are all about equal. This makes the 4th spot in the 13th open @ this point.

I dont know about Bell and Cawood they may be going in the other direction, Bell really misses the older Whitker. Corbin and Clay should both get much better after the winter break, Harlan IMO hasn't lived up to the preseason hype yet, but they may as the season goes on.
