Brandon Price was incredible tonight in a tourney MVP performance for the ages. He went for 37 points on 11-of-15 FG shooting and 13-of-17 from the line. Also had seven assists, and each one of them seemed to come at a key juncture.

John Hardin built a 14-point halftime lead on Bardstown, who struggled to score in the first half with PG Anthony Myrks saddled with foul trouble. The Tigers rallied back behind Myrks, who scored all 21 of his points after halftime, and got as close as five on a couple of occasions late, but could never get it down to a one-possession game.

I thought Bardstown might win this one.

The preformance by Price is unreal for a game with a state tournament berth on the line. He must have ice water in his veins.

It's one of the more clutch performances I've ever seen in a big game. Every time Bardstown made a little run, he had the answer.
