Congratulations to the Rebels they played a tough schedule and found a way to win each week against whoever and wherever. Best of luck next week look forward to seeing you compete.

Great win Dudley and the Bobcats......very cocky bunch from Boyle needs some humbling and you guys are just the ones to do it!!
I thought Bell Co. plays Knox Central next game?
-
Looks like a tough schedule, especially when you factor in five away games, in a row!!!
Three of the five are real close to home, close enough to where the Rams will thunder in there and make it feel like their home.

Thanks statman you are better than Massey.
-
Well what in the wide world of sports does Massey have to say about this game? That is who I have been waiting to hear from.
-
Nice job Bulldogs good luck next week.

It's a daggone shame too that they aren't better than they are. They have some good athletes in that school and on the field as well. There needs to be an attitude shift all the way around by the players, coaches, and the staff. They have quite a bit of parental support, but, there could be some attitude changing there as well. They seem to expect to lose and blame the others....I just wish them the best and hope they can get over the hump next season. Good luck against Rowan this week to Southern.
It really is a shame i can remember around `05 they were pretty good but it seems like since they went to 4A you can about count the wins on one hand. Good luck to both teams.

Massey predicts Raceland 24-17 over Cville...
Head on down there and make Ol` Massey proud. Good luck Rams.
-
Good luck to the Muskies the rest of the way! The playoffs will determine this season for them.
Absoluely right the real season is about to begin. Good Luck.

Did Greenup County yet anyone back this week that was out for the Mason County game? Sounds like they will need them. Good luck to both teams.

^ Great article and great kid.
Dad is not too bad either.

Nice job Raiders good luck the rest of the way to both teams.

Dotson for Montgomery out early in the game with a concussion. Hope he is ok.
Any news on Mr. Dotson? I too hope his okay , a very good all around football player.
-
Nice convincing win for the Comets , good luck the rest of the way.

Nice win for the Rams. Both teams played hard till the end . I was not sure if i would be able to make it to the game , after the post i read about the line play and defense I am glad that I could come. Anytime that a team puts up those kinds of numbers on offense you have obviously blocked well and the defense rose to the occasion I am certain that folks are feeling a lot better about the way they performed. There were several players for left the game due to injuries most of which returned to play or appeared to be moving around okay on the sidelines except for Mr. Litteral please post any word on his condition as soon as possible. Great game to watch and good luck to both schools in the playoffs.

He`s the man! Write my vote down.

The Comets should extract some revenge from last year .

Here is a link to the Massey ratings: http://www.highschoolsports.net/massey/state/Kentucky/Football/Varsity/Boys/2010/
I have found that to be a very accurate and fun website. Go to the Matchup link and plug in two schools. That is where you get projected scores.
Just having a little fun , I have`nt checked the ratings lately thanks for the link.

For what t is worth...Massey predicts LCA to win 32-22 and Massey has LCA rated #72 and Fairview at #102; Schedule strengths of LCA 115 and FV 199...
Also, Massey predicted LCA over Raceland last week by 38-22 score and it was 38-26...hopefully Massey is correct again this week!
Massey? Who is he? You know the old saying about a blind squirrel. I think Fairview rides out west like the Wild Bunch and brings home the gold. Good luck to both teams this should be a good tough football game.

The seniors go out in style, Greenup in a daddy slappin'.

Historically this has been a good contest but Fleming County has been down a little the past few seasons. I think this game will be as close as Coach Buchanan wants it to be he seems like a merciful man and a classy individual .

If you would have asked me 2 1/2 weeks ago my opinion on this one I would have definitely have said that Raceland had the advantage but we have laid a big ol' egg against the 2 teams that we needed to beat. I am not sure what to expect Friday night. I heard the term "smoke and mirrors" regarding our play but I think it is very obvious, our offense can score with almost anyone but we couldn't tackle if they tied the opposition in rope and stuck their feet in concrete and then blindfolded them. Time for our team to decide if they want to play football or if they are satisfied with wearing a jersey around school for the "prestige". I, for one, am very disappointed in how we have progressed.
Well fellows I am telling you that egg is about to hatch and from that egg a swan is going to emerge with Ram horns and come out ready to kick some tail, some pointy tail that is. Best of luck to both squads should be a great game.

What? What am I reading here , limping in ,three game losing streak ? I feel a Ram Rout coming on next week. Why it is practically a home game for you guys just drive down the road. Put this one behind you and get ready to win. Good Luck the rest of the way !

Have a good week of practice bounce back and finish up strong to gain some momentum for heading into the playoffs.
