NCC06

I think that this is a NCC team that did hit there peak to early in the season and are no longer playing there best basketball at this point... i was not at the game tonight but after seeing them get killed by highlands on friday and then jus barly scraping by a team today that they are much better than... There state tourny is really the all A classic and they were playing much better at that point in the season... they are going to have a real hard time beating ND/HHS

I agree but they do not need have to many players on the bench that are not going to play... they have a very good amount of young talent in the program and they just are being careful of how many to put on there bench... they do not need them for the most part klei and sandfoss dont come out of the game... the young talent in our program are mostly gaurds

Ncc does not have the amount of players on there JV and Freshman teams like most schools... They have some players playing out of there grade school on there freshman team... Ncc only plays 9 for the most part... Watson and Schultz only play when they are up by a big margin with less than 4 minto go in the game... so why dress more players knowing that they will not play at all... let then develop in the lower classes of high school basketball

Wow very suprising conner is a very good team... io have not seen holmes play this year but i thought that conner would be right there to play this weekend and give everyone a tough game

If highlands plays anywhere even close to the way that they played last friday night... ludlow will not even be close in this game... HHS is a very determined team and i do not think that they will look past ludlow either

I agree the girls do not get the respect that they do deserve throughout the 9th region... However that is just how it is they will never be able to get the amount of fans in the stands.. nor will they ever be able to get the media attention that the boys get... it is sad

I think that this year will be alot like last year in the fact that it will take them a good 8 to 9 games before they are really considered a threat in 2a... but schnieder is a great coach and have them ready to play in the playoffs again

I agree anyone can win this tourney it is wide open... however the bottom half of the bracket is alot easier than getting through the top... there are 3 very good teams in the top half

Well newcath will not have to play the 2 teams that have been at the top all year long... They just beat conner by 10 just a week ago

Congrats on the win... she really deserves this and is one of the best coaches in this region... she always has her team up near the top no matter what kind of talent that years team has... Also congrats to all of the seniors on this years team... They really have worked hard to get a team that did not make the regional tourny last year to a team that will compete for the region title this year!!!

Agreed. however highlands will give them a very good run. they have some very good young players. this is the same team that had a 10 point lead on ncc entering the 4th earlier this season

That is sad she was an outstanding player...

Good run for the breds... however they did not play very well in richmond the entire tournament

I agree it should be a very close game...

Newcath has alot of shooters much more than sommerset. They must be able to contain the inside game becaus ecundiff is very good in the post and can shoot outside

I have not seen paris play but how do they match up with NCC... canm they run with them

Nice job by sandfoss and Giesler stepping up when Harlan shut down Klei early in the game... Great defense the entire game

Ncc played very good D!!! Harlan shut down Klei and held her to about 6 pts... it was 35-17 at half

Ncc should have a very good chance to get into the finals!!! I think that they can give LCA a run!!!
