I was all about some Nickelodeon, Rugrats and Legends of the Hidden Temple were my favorite. I loved all of the classics though such as:
Salute Your Shorts
Doug
The Angry Beavers
Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Rocko's Modern Life
All That
Nickelodeon Guts
CatDog
I'll admit I watched Clarissa Explains It All

I've always thought Palmer had the potential to become an elite QB but he definitely never reached that status. Whether it's because of the injuries, the team around him etc. it doesn't really matter because the only thing we know for sure is that it didn't happen. I couldn't care less about the Bengals but I always wanted Palmer to reach that elite level for some reason. I think becoming a exceptional QB in the league is about 50% situation & luck and 50% skill. I think Palmer obviously had the skill but the stars never aligned just right for him and that's disappointing but the same can be said for hundreds of other players, thus is life.

I don't know if I agree with you. Rice is clearly the guy in Baltimore and Mcgahee scored 12 TDs in 2009 which is a major factor in this league but Slaton did have more yardage and still scored 7 TDs in 11 games last year. The question is, will Mcgahee score 10+ in 2010? Slaton could still be the #1 guy in Houston, and I'll take a #1 any day of the week. Both still have a ton of question marks so we shall see.
I definitely see your point, he just worries me with his inconsistencies when he's healthy, let alone now that he's recouping from this injury. He's always had problems with fumbles dating back to WVU (he was benched a time or two last season because of it as well) and he's always been injury prone. I agree he probably has more upside at this point but you never know because Tate and Foster are definitely going to get their chances to prove their worth this year. Just my opinion though, can't really argue against either pick.

Willis McGahee RB Baltimore
I personally would have taken McGahee over Slaton at this point anyways.

I think my favorites are "No Love", "25 to Life", "Cinderella Man", "Seduction" and "Space Bound". I really do think this is easily his best CD.
-
I really like that pick. I expect him to get a lot of the goal line carries for Arizona.
That's what I'm thinking as well and he'll still get his touches every week so I think he's as solid of a bye-week sub/replacement that I could have gotten at this point.
-
The Butchers will select RB Tim Hightower, ARI.
-
Interesting pick, TO really hadn't come to my mind yet for whatever reason.
-
The funny thing is, I had 3 players on my short list before Boondock's pick...I'm fairly certain the other two will be taken by PP right before me...It sucks drafting behind you two.
There are 2 guys on the board that I would love to snag with my next pick so I'm assuming there's absolutely no chance I get either one of them.
-
Everybody likes their own team...nobody drafts guys they don't like or aren't expecting to perform well. It's impossible to be objective about your own team.
Some people also don't think their baby is ugly but love is blind I suppose.
-
I officially hate you. I was shocked he was still left on the board.
I can't believe he actually made it to me in this round, I was almost expecting to not have a very good TE this year. Heck, he was the 76th pick in the National draft.
-
With the 108th pick of the draft, the Butchers will select TE Jason Witten, DAL.
-
I thought for sure I would get on tonight and you guys would be waiting on me.
-
Let's see your rankings.
I'll post my rankings after the next round so we'll be exactly half way through the draft.
-
If it makes you feel any better Rocket, I don't think you're even one of the bottom 3 teams at this point.
-
Why's that?
Some of them seem really unnecessary to me, I think I can already spot a team or two that doesn't have a chance of being in the league again next year. :sssh: To each his own I suppose.
-
You all are crackin' me up with these trades.
-
Broussard said the Lakers aren't a team he's looking at. He reported earlier that his sources are saying Knicks, Magic, Mavs & Trail Blazers.

The Granville is a common hangout for law students. I'm not sure that I'd be ripping one of them off, they'll sick a lawyer/law professor on their rear ends.
I staggered home from the Granville many times in my distant past, but now its been remodeled and gotten all - uppity.
If the Granville has been remodeled and is now considered uppity, I can't even imagine what it looked like before...
-
I personally can't stand the guy that owns the place and really wouldn't be shocked if this were occurring there on a regular basis, especially since their main clientele are college students who most likely don't monitor the exact amounts they spend on a daily basis.
Favorite tv show growing up during the 90's.
