Who do you think has the toughest throughout the state this year? I'm going to vote for Lawrence County.

I am a Lawrence County man myself and there was nothing better growing up then going and watching the bulldogs play at Luke Varney field in front of the packed house. Me and my friends would be there passing ball in front of the Dawg house and you would hear the band playing their awesome drums and all coming down Bulldog lane and gets louder and louder then you hear the players coming to the field from the locker room and their cleats crackling on the concrete. Me as a young kid would always go up the sidewalk trying to step on all the dog pawls and anyone from Lawrence County knows what I'm talking about.

yeah i appreciate the response i totally agree with u. we have always been able to run the ball really well but we always ran into that team with the defense that could shut us down. one year it was fort thomas they didnt really stop us, they just outscored us. earlier that year it was a team called rockcastle county we beat them 48-8, on our way to lose against fort thomas. then they year we were undefeated and had home field advantage we played agains a bell county team, that shut us down held michael west the stated leading rusher to lik 38 yards on 19 carries thats impressive. so which is better a team that can or pass or a team with a great defense or both?

im going to go with my boys from lawrence coutny on this one. this game is one of the hardest hitting, hard fought games you'll ever watch. this game may not mean much to anyone living out of eastern ky but dont tell that to anyone from the lawrence county and martin county lines. i always loved to watch these two play.one of the best games was when we playe sheldon clark at home and they won by 2 points i think it was 16-14 or 14-12. we had a running back that was young at the time, u might know him as michael west now.

im wanting some opinions on what people think are the main reasons or differences in the football teams across the state. personally where i come from my town supports the highschool 100 %. we may not have the best team in the state and we havent won a state title but i would put our school pride and our program against in the state. im talking about lawrence county. what would u rather see a team do pass the ball, or run the option or just belly runs all game long. we here at lawrence county are so used to watching the bulldogs run the ball 40-45 time a game, yet we can't get past the lexington area schools or those good ol fort thomas boys, they have a heck of a team up there. just looking for some opinions on this
