  1. Guard play was certainly the difference in this game. Hall scored at will in quarter 1 and 3 and posey seemed to fill in the gaps.

Sisson played very well considering he just get back from injury. Gabbard is decent enough point guard, but needs to keep his cool and stay in the games. Always seems to be in foul trouble. Where was Jacob noe? Started both halves and played maybe 5 minutes total.

Yeah Jacob Noe was a non-factor and disappeared. We saw some young faces in the game early I wonder if now is the time Listerman decides to focus on developing some of the young talent. The JV team is having a good year at 15-5 so maybe its time to start playing those kids.

  2. Posey had a very good game and if he was wearing a Highlands uniform may have been the difference in the game.

The Birds struggle at bringing the ball up the floor and couldve used him last night. They just do not have a true PG period.

Ben Sisson really impressed me. He is long, shoots the mid range very well, blocks shots, attacks the rim well and is noticeably the best player on the floor for the Birds.

Hall was impressive for NCC as well. I have been a big fan of his since his Soph season though. He can get to the rim at will and was on fire from behind the arc. But his best quality IMO is his ability to pull up and hit the jumper off the dribble. Hope he starts getting some nice offers.

The 3rd Qtr was the difference as Posey came out and scored the first 5 pointd for NCC on a 3 and a sweet drive. I'm sure playing his former coach and team was a little bit motivating though. He also has a knack for getting to the rim and a craftiness that allows him to get shots off when you think he shouldn't. Hall and Posey were the difference in the game.
