Thanks bball fan. I like the new uniforms!
I should start a thread to get pictures of teams uniforms from around the state.

This is a good win for Mason County. CPA was undefeated coming into this game and they are a very good team. They compete in the AA division in the state of Tennessee and are coached by former Vanderbilt guard Drew Maddux. They have several players being recruited by division 1 schools. Zackeus Mason is their best player. He is about 6'5" and has been offered from numerous major schools. This past summer the junior forward broke a backboard at a local high school in Nashville. He is a very good HS player.
By the box score it looks like Mason County got out to a good start and led for the entire game. Congrats to the Royals!!

Any pictures of the uniforms?

Who is CPA?
Christ Presbyterian Academy
The Lions are a small private school from Nashville, Tennessee

ttt..I think this would be a fun game to watch. Ill just have to listen to it on the radio.
Is there a website link that you can listen to it from?

Solid win for Coach Rob and his Panthers. I'm looking forward to seeing them play Pendleton County on Thursday.

I was disappointed Kane Belcher didn't get in for Pikeville, I feel strongly he's a just as good or better than some who did!
He decided to redshirt.

Congrats to Greg McGraw who had to sit out his Junior year with a back injury for working hard to get back into the game. Outstanding first game it looks like netting 28 pts and burying 3 Treys.
I think I had mentioned in an earlier post this summer about how underrated of a player this kid is. I played some pickup with him and he can flat out play. He's very athletic for his size and has a good looking shot.
Him and Simpson make a good 1-2 combo.

Robin Kelsch is a perfect example of what a high school basketball coach in the state of Kentucky should be like. He loves the game, he's a good coach, he's intelligent, he's very loyal to his school, and he is a great person to know. The Augusta school system schould be very proud to have Rob as their coach.
I had the pleasure of attending one of his summer camps last year for a day and was pleased with the way it was ran. Rob is a very good teacher of the game and his teams compete year in and year out with a very, very small crop of players to work with.

Nice road W.
It was in Falmouth.

Steve Johnson has to be 1st team all-SEC this season.

Here a two part bonus question:
1) What state is Garder-Webb located in.
2) Name the former KY HS Baseball player, currently on GW's roster and his high school.
1) Boiling Springs, NC
2) Clint Graham, Taylor County HS

I hope you didn't skip practice to be there.
Off day.

Why did TV guys call him William the whole game?
William is Bo's real name. I sat next to his dad at the game.

Pendleton 69 Brossart 61 that score was from 04 MCIT. Pendleton no Elliott and Brossart had Mcdole, Smith, etc. plus a certain 7 footer. That game started the current 6 game winning streak against Brossart. No Elliott in last year's game either. Give the 05 team some credit. They were great without Elliott. Did he make them better? No doubt about it.
During the summer of 2004(Before Elliott arrived to PC), Pendleton County won 27 straight summer games and went 28-1. The only loss was to defending state champion and eventual state runner-up Warren Central at Western Kentucky's team camp.
Like Stinger said PC would have been great, but getting Elliott put the icing on the cake.

Congrats to Wildcats!!! They have surprised a lot of people this season. Good Luck at CAL!!
-
Ballou and Fudge are tough.
Ballou, a 6'8'' junior, already has surpassed 1,000 points and 500 rebounds. He's getting some D-1 looks.
Fudge, a senior guard, runs the team nicely and has a good shooting touch.
They should have a good year and compete for the 5th.
-
Don't be suprised if Adair County makes a good run towards the end of the season.
-
Go Wildcats!! Congrats.

Whitney Seals is a freshman at Belmont University in Nashville. She was going to redshirt, but a player in front of her injured her knee so Seals might not redshirt now.

I'm guessing on Harlan and Evarts. Some others may go back farther. The other two are pretty easy. Gary Jennings was awfully good, even though he was only at Cawood for one season.
Cawood
Tim Saylor
Cumberland
Freddie Maggard
Harlan
Murph Howard
Evarts
Jerry Woolum or Luther Kirklin
Harlan High School
Either Murph Howard or Dick Parsons(1950's)

Should have a pretty good team this season. They are a bit undersized, but I had the chance to watch them play this summer and they play very hard. They will compete for the 38th district title.
Best players: Doug Lambert, Richard Harden, Kyle Feeback, Derrick Myers

I always loved hearing..."Darius Miller at the line....shooting one and the BONUS!"

Congrats to Darius. And as always....Go Big Blue!!!!!!

After reading the recent Williamsburg thread I thought about starting this thread. If you have any pictures of any KY high school teams uniforms, please put them on here. If you need an example to go by then check out that Williamsburg's uniforms thread. This will let our viewers see the different styles from around the state.:thumb:
