There you go! All of those weights listed on here that weren't done at one of these meets were not done properly and therefore don't count.
on Squat we used to give a little slack on how far u needed to go down but this yr our weightlifting coach is really cracking down on how ur form and everything is.

Kasey clark from Russell

I think one of Prestonsburgs strongest players is the kicker Seth Moore. 455lb deadlift at a body weight of around 165lbs. New USPF state record for his age. I think they may want to try this kid at a few other postions this year.
Russells kicker dewaine evans weighs around 155 and deadlift 485 at Racelands weight meet

Kasey Clark from Russell, I beleive he proved his point to be Mr.Football in the state game this year

The boy from St.X spent just half of this yr there, and the boy that transfered from columbus can throw the ball pretty well, but tyler jones has got speed over himThey will be just as good or better. They do lose QB Tommy Brown, some great leaders, and a couple lineman to graduation. But an ex-Devil(6-5,300+ pnds) has come back to anchor the line after spending a couple years at St. X. They also have another boy who transfered from Columbus who is supposed to be a dandy QB. Although Russell just needs a QB who can make good smart decisions, the threat of a mild passing game could be a great addition to McGlone's offense. It was a nice surprize in the playoffs last year. With the addition of those two and the fact that this year's Junior class was so large, Russell's gaps are filling up quick. All-State cornerback Micheal Horn will be missed though. With the return of MR. FOOTBALL CANDIDATE Kasey Clark and the rest of this Senior-to-be class, Russell fans are looking forward to chasing another state title. It won't be easy with the likes of Belfry, Newport, Owens Cath, Fort Campbell, etc. They are already chomping at the bit for football season at Russell. Coach McGlone will have his boys ready for another run at the state championship. -
He's just going to be a junior isn't he? I expect to see good things from this young man.
yes hes a sophmore right now but will be a junior next football next season

Tyler Jones- blocked punt in championship game and had a INT.
Dwain Evans- Kicker EXP
Jason Dolly- Kicker -kickoff.

:dancingpa :fire: :banana:I dont think Russell needs luck. This year i think we proved to a lot of people that we had the skill and determination to make it all the way. With many outstanding players coming back, it wouldnt be a long shot at all. More comparable to a 2 foot putt. (Not too far out of reach). -
I don't know what you guys are wanting, the one the KHSAA does or just a film because i got some info for where you can just get a regular film
-
Not sure you can get much more playing time if you're a starter...Seriously though, expect to see him more on offense next season.

What do you think about Russells Team this coming season, Can they make it two state championships in a row? Fire away

A lot of kids played through injuries that game. Some I noticed was Kasey, Derek, Tommy. However, I also noticed some of the Aces banged up, but still playing. I know #80 took a shot, limped off the field, but was back a play or so later. #76 and #79 both had some leg issues but returned to the field.
I guess what I'm saying, heart and character do matter, but in a game at this level, they all have it, that's a big reason both teams made it this far.
Heart does make a big Difference

Yea there were a few banged up during the game. Kasey Clark hurt his elbow sometime early in the game and it was swollen pretty bad after the game. #53 Schafer had a swollen knee after the game. Don't know what happened but he was banged up pretty good.
Schafers side is pretty bad also where he got stepped on

6'5" 310lb Freshman OT Seth Harvey will be transferring after mid terms to Russell. A family move to that part of the state is the reason.
Congrats Russell...You are getting one heck of a lineman. Seth anchored a X O-line that posted an undefeated season. He is also on the X Freshman basketball team. We at X will miss this fine young man! We wish him and his family all the best with their move.
BIG SETH...he was here last yr at Russell and he is an absolute bull :fire:

I think of those 7 they played both ways. I think there were 2 other that started 1 way on O and D respectively. And we only had 11 seniors.
Yeah, Timberlaike started defense but Not offense
