I forgot about Blevins not playing, how long has he been out? Did he play in the AIT? As far as the 8th goes, they've only played their 32nd district foes and Oldham. If they don't make the region I won't post again but they should be able to win a game or two in the regional, all depending on the draw.
I'll second that they have dominated the 32nd district so far they definately should get into region.

Blevins is tough I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to get back on the court before then. But ultimately its up to the doctor, he'll be back. He would've helped tonight.
Should SK make it to play Shelby in Regionals they'll give them all they want.

Oldham has a nice freshman point guard who will match up with Hester. They are not as big as SK, however, they are more athletic overall. They tend to get shots up and then crash the boards. This will be game of runs. Overall, I think SK is the better of the two, however, with the game at Oldham it will be close.
Simon Kenton has some good scorers and defenders in Schambach and Hester, I don't see anyone stopping them. I'll take SK in a close one.

SK's been hot lately, had a good win Saturday against Central Hardin. I'll take SK 64-45.

Sk has primarily played a 9th region schedule and I for one hope that they continue to do :thumb: so.
:thumb: :thumb: I agree

Sk will win big, but not as big as they should. They seem to only being playing at their openents level this year.
They beat Bryan Station by 11 or so, Williamstown by 44 and 50, Walton by 21, and Lloyd by 30. I believe the Pioneers have improved beyond playing to their opponents level. I'll take Simon Kenton BIG.

Lloyd just had too much trouble getting the ball up the court, they were just outmanned on the court.
I will say that Lloyd never gave up and kept playing hard the whole game despite never being within 10 after the first two minutes.
-
Arrez Henderson is the best sophomore I have seen easy. I haven't seen Simpson from Highlands I hear he has improved this year.
-
From what I hear Lloyd doesn't have a good true point guard. If not they are going to have to find someone to guard Hester. I'll take SK by 13

Students need to get together and think of chants that are funny but don't cross that line. Sadly some students aren't willing to do this, they would rather just stop going to games. I know some restrictions on student sections are a little much but if students really want to go to games and have fun then they'll have to figure out a way to do it without breaking the rules. Though I do think poking fun at opponents sometimes can make the game much more fun.

Duran is the best from what games I have seen. He's quick and can handle and pass the ball amazingly.
-
I'll take SK big in this one 78-52.

I saw Petrino play once this year and he absolutely picked us apart. He did a fine job this year, why wouldn't he be able to get the job done next year?

Petrino (Trinity)
I'm not familiar with the rest of the state that well.

Yes they did shut down SK's running game. No offense to SK, but their running game doesn't begin to even compare to Boone's running game. Corey Farris is all that and more. That being said, I still don't think that Boone will win. There secondary is a concern and I know how Trinity can throw the ball. But it shoud be a shootout for about 3 quarters then Trinity just pulls aways with it.
Trinity - 38
Boone -21
I beleive SK beat Boone at Boone didn't they.
Trinity routes Boone
Trinity - 48
Boone - 10
-
Trinity beat us, they got my respect I hope they win.
Wouldn't mind seeing Boone win either, long shot though.

I'm definately a UL fan, been one my whole life.
