I think they play PCC @ PCC on the 10th of Jan. Breathitt on the 21st. I don't know from there.

Yes that is correct they also play Letcher Central on Febuary the 3rd in Whitesburg. Should be an interesting game.

No disrespect to JBS at all but they haven't played a 14th region team yet...after they beat a 14th region team AWAY from home then maybe you can talk about how good they are. They beat Prestonsburg at East Ridge so that isn't quite an away game, the only other game they have played away from home was Piarist. I want to see them play an away game in the 14th region before I will say they are a top team.

I think the winner of the Jackson City/Lee game will make it to the finals against Hazard

I'll bet you a dollar to a doughnut Powell made their contact run in the 4th quarter. That's what happened to Lee County and Jackson City. They were both up by larger margins and Powell began to get rough in the 4th and it could have gotten nasty. .

Aint gonna let this contact run stuff go are you?? It doesn't really matter, I mean I am by no means a Powell fan and agree that officiating can be bad sometimes....but all 3 (Lee, Estill, Jackson City) won. And as far as mentioning initials...what is the deal...I see no point in doing that

I also think the finals will come down to Lee and Hazard....the two best teams in the All "A"....the winner......i think Lee (no suprise)

What if a 15th region team came over here and beat 3 of the lower 14th region teams. Would you call that owning the 14th? (When they haven't played PCC, LCC, KCC,Leslie,Lee,Hazard,Estill or any of the top teams)

Billbud has come up with a good list. I'll agree with some. But not all. I really don't think that the Osborne kid will be the best. That will have to go to Hendrix or Smith. Maybe Muncie as well.

 

BB's list of pitchers looks to be dead on. I would switch Smith and Thomas around. And maybe even put Troy in the third spot.
