  1. I've had discussions with several different people throughout this thread and you are the only one continually whining about not wanting to talk to me. Stop responding if you don't like talking to me. It's very simple. In fact, before this I'm not sure the last time I had a conversation on here with you.

I disagree with your statement about my arguments being irrelevant or about semantics. It is absolutely relevant that you don't know their intent or what they know. You pretend you know, and attack me for pointing out that you don't really know.

You responded to my post that had nothing to do with you. I would have never engaged with you which is why we don’t have conversations. So move along.

  2. Also, if you want to see a large group of white people doing the tomahawk chop, tune in to the Chiefs/Pats game today. Or any Atlanta Braves game. Or maybe go see a NFL game in Washington. If the tomahawk chop is racially insensitive then it needs to be removed from our professional sports teams.

I am not saying it is or it isn't, but that tomahawk chop is widely used in professional, college, and high school sports. If the action is offensive then it shouldn't be accepted there either.

Pretty have wanted it removed from sports for a long time. Intent matters.

  3. My kids would be taught that you can't control the actions of others, and that whenever possible, walk away.

I can assure you I wouldn't teach them to mock someones race in response.

I'm not sure I can get behind the idea that Phillips did anything wrong here simply by playing a drum in a group of people, but I do agree that everyone played a role. Some worse than others.

Agreed, seems like some of this could have been avoided with chaperones present.

  4. Everyone is asking about the chaperones not shutting this down. What about some of the adult onlookers? Including many filming, getting their story, and then competing to be the first to upload? This incident was wrong, but it also went on way longer than it should have. Any adult who was filming it should have instead jumped in and cleared the students away from the man.

Call out culture and internet points. This world is very weird.

  5. @HammerTime , have you actually had your shoulder looked at by a doctor? Only reason I ask was I went a decade or so thinking that I had torn my rotator cuff. And because I was young, single and didn't have great insurance, I just wrote it off to something that I was going to have to live with the rest of my life. After I got married and had better insurance, my wife told me to go get it looked at professionally.

Had an MRI done on it and the doctor told me the rotator cuff was absolutely fine! But, he said I had both tendonitis and bursitis, and that each one was keeping the other one from healing properly. No surgery was needed. Went to one session of physical therapy, before realizing that all of the activities they were having me do were exercises I used to do way-back-when for baseball. After several months of doing those religiously, I had zero pain. I felt so stupid for having gone that long in the first place.

I have and they told me rotator cuff tendinitis as well. I went to therapy and everything and couldn’t get it to go away.

  6. I bought a bottle, but I have been negligent in taking it regularly. I put it in my salad dressing, and I don't even know I took it, not that it tastes horrible. However, I haven't seen earth-shattering results.

I am wondering for those who have success, how much do you consume, and/or do you use it topically?

I've been meaning to comeback here and post. I take a full dropper under my tongue each day. It's flavored so it's not too bad. I miss days from time to time. I won't pretend it has produced earth shattering results, but it most certainly made a difference for the pain in my foot and shoulder.
