  1. Should be a barn burner at Dixie Wednesday night. The seniors have played some great games against each other over the years.

     

    Holy Cross slipped ahead of Dixie in the NKY Coaches' poll today. Holy Cross has played some outstanding games early this season. Dixie hasn't put it all together yet, but they sure seem due to hit on all cylinders.

     

    This might be the first game where Dixie doesn't have to defend against 6'5" and above post players, so they may get to be more aggressive on the wings on D... which is probably a good thing against Steenkin and the Indians' shooters.

     

    I give Dixie the home court edge 72-69.
