Who on BGP would pay to watch Brooksville vs LCDAWGS in a 1 on 1 basketball matchup?
I certainly would! May the best man win!

Just another game where Antrobus can rest his sprained ankle.
Will be a close game. I'll take Paris by 4 on senior night.
-
Pendleton plays at Paris Thursday.
-
Gotta love those Demons! Congratulations. Also want to give them a shout-out for not running up the score as other teams have been accused of this past week.
KARMA.

A large part is on Allen to take over but let's not forget that these are kids that need to know their rolls on the team. They don't know and there are no signs of them realizing they have a all state player on their team. He should be able to move the ball without guys jacking shots up before he's in position.

How many coaches before they play Madison Central say "We need to go at Cozart and get him in foul trouble!" ??
Probably not a good game plan since he's blocking 7-12 shots a night.....LOL
-
He only had about 30 and 5 rebounds going into the 4th quarter. Got left in til the 2:00 in the 4th while everyone else had their reserves in. This seems to be a common occurnace in his games. Had 10 and 5 in the 4th I think. Sure hope he doesn’t get hurt doing that as I had several people say they’ve seen stuff like that happen before. Tired players at the end of the game just to get their stats up getting injured. Good luck to Allen on the rest of the season
I have a nephew that plays for Pendleton, but I live in Flemingsburg. The following statements are 100% true:
1. 3:23 left in the game. Bracken County's Tanner Fisher and Trey Deaton were subbed out along with Pendleton County's Dontaie Allen, Jacob Yelton and Grant Walsh. All 5 players were starters in this game.
2. Dontaie Allen has legit D1 offers while Austin Crawford turned down a full ride at UPike to walk-on at Morehead State.
3. Dontaie Allen would start for anybody in the state of Kentucky. He's a 6'6" guard who has a 7 feet wingspan and averages 31 and 11.
4. Bracken County's Brady Jones played poorly last year in the district and regional tournament. If he had played well in the Mason County district finals and against Campbell County in the regional semi-finals Bracken County would have won their first district championship since 1999 and had a much better chance of getting to the regional finals.

Random draw is for grade school. Need to seed the teams.
Seeding would have some god awful first round games...

How does Williamstown go from going 17-16 last year to this?
Lost their entire starting 5 including their best player (B. Stanley) transferring to Walton-Verona. He's their starting PG now and WV just finished runner-up at Class "A" State.
-
Pendleton should play Augusta every year. They were in the same district from 1959-1996.
-
Is NCC finally healthy?
I'm not sure how healthy NewCath is but they played their best 10 players vs. Pendleton County according to KHSAA.
-
In Boys Basketball DJ Jenkins played for Scott County and Harrison County in the same season during 2014-2015 season.

What exactly does it mean to get outcoached? Did the team that lost automatically get outcoached?
On BluegrassPreps....yes it does. Everyone is a coach on here! You didn't know this?
-
A school with the enrollment of Ryle's shouldn't be losing to a region opponent by 52 points.....
-
Four pages in now...you would think this was a triple overtime thriller. My goodness people it was a 49 point blowout. Campbell is top 2-3 team in Kentucky and they won big over a small Catholic school. NBD.
Like Mustang said, Brossart owns the series in the past 20 seasons.
-
61 of 64 districts have this figured out. Sadly 2 of those 3 are in the 10th Region.
I actually think 5 districts draw.
20th
38th

I’ve always wondered why Camels don’t play in the state’s premiere events with all the great teams they’ve had recently??
-
Just curious...?
Why not do top 25 ?
-
Heard he was heading to Trinity high school in Louisville.
LOL

With Mason Burden (Robertson County) and Dontaie Allen (Pendleton County) recently surpassing 2,000 career points I began to wonder who else is on this list FROM THE 10th REGION??
Please list the name of the player, school and the correct number of career points.
-
Philpot continues to impress. Might be the the top player in the 10th region right now.
Better than Allen ?
-
If Ashland was in the 10th Region, they'd be ranked about #7.
I am not sure if I agree with this. Ashland has a pretty good team this season. Good win for GRC.
-
Looks like another slow start for PC. I wonder the reason behind the slow starts? Playing that style of basketball may not work if they play a top team in the 10th.
Outside of Allen both teams look about evenly matched.
Get your facts straight before you start making false accusations. PC led 19-7 after the first quarter without Allen (foul trouble). It would have been 19-4 if Appleman didn't bank in a 3 at the buzzer. Pendleton came out hot and it was the opposite of a "slow start".
Get on board with this team or please quit bashing them and the staff. For a guy that's an alumni and former player (2000 grad) you sure are negative about the program. "Wildcatpride" seems to have no wildcat pride.

Bourbon has actually beaten Mason 2 years in a row.
