I don't think Ryle defines "winning" as "coaching". But it would be nice to have someone who can develop talent and play to the strengths that you have. Not always trying to force "their system" on a group of players who may or may not be best suited to play that way. Also it would be nice to have a coach who doesn't have their own agenda but rather the good of the program in mind.

McGregor and Lauren Schwartz will be freshmen this year. Ryle allows freshmen to play varsity. The one who could be affected would be Maddie Scherr since she will just be in 8th grade.

Hopefully "Coach" Jackson will hang up her "coaching shoes" and realize that it's not the job for her. She may have been a good high school and college player but she certainly doesn't know how to "coach". Ryle was loaded with talent and she couldn't do anything with it. Hopefully they get a coach that can work with the talent and play to their strengths. They should win the regional this year! Chris Douthitt would be a great coach.
