I just wanna say thanks for all the good info and bad info Ive gained from this site over the years...lol ,,, its been fun on here getting to communicate with lots of you guys and sharing opinions. I've left Lewis County and Kentucky football all in general to start my dynasty in Southern Ohio. Lewis County has a monster at 475 in the bench Over 600 on the Squat 285 Power Clean... he's 245 lbs plays Wingback

Dalton Stam of Lewis County is putting up 480 on the bench 600 on the Squat 290 Power Clean. His weight is 245 so he's a great candidate for pound for pound strong man and this is his senior year. Going after the bench press record before he graduates.
