That was a sick game - go Cards!!

Watch the snow fall and cook-up some of the provisions we got yesterday at Kroger (lol).
Will likely venture out at some point today, anyway.... I love being home but I’m sure I’ll want a change of scenery.

That end of the game in bounds play by NKU was on sportscenter highlights.
Interesting play. NKU lined all 5 guys along the baseline spaced evenly from sideline to sideline. When the ref handed the ball to the player throwing it in, the other guys took off running in bounds like they were running gassers then turned to receive the pass.
It was an awesome play, which resulted in a wide open layup or dunk.... which they DIDN'T take. Scratched my head on that one. I realize there were only about 10 seconds left, but they were only up 3 at the time.
At any rate, Go Norse!

Plot twist prediction... Jalen comes in the second half, with the comeback win, lol.
-
Wow - Tua’s already thrown 2 TD’s in mere minutes (1 to wrong team, but still lol).

Nice way to end the weekend! Good work Cards, some fine shots tonight.

So glad Harbaugh stuck with Lamar the entire game – I know we’ll see success in his Playoff games in the future.
-
Very nice game by the Chargers.
But aw, Lamar! Great job bringing excitement and revitalizing the Ravens’ late season AND late in the playoff game – look forward to watching the Ravens again in August.
-
Touchdown AGAIN – 1 more TD to go Ravens!! Do it!!
-
Touchdown! C'mon Ravens, just 2 TD to go, lol.

Does anyone workout at Orangetheory? What’s it like?
There’s one opening soon in Union/Florence.

Quarterback rookie up and comer Lamar Jackson (age 21) and the Ravens will square off vs. the awesome, veteran QB Philip Rivers (age 37) and the Chargers.
Game is 1:05pm Sunday in Baltimore.
I’m so excited about this playoff game!

I enjoy going to the levee occasionally when the weather is nice. You park, walk the purple people bridge, then go to either Brothers for a beer outside, or grab a coffee at Barnes and Noble and sit on their outside patio.
Of course it’s super fun to do a similar outing at the banks... with way better choices for a drink, lol, taste of Belgium, pies and pints, etc.

About to go crash on the couch with Liane Moriarty's "Nine Perfect Strangers". I'm excited she finally published something again (she's one of my fav fun authors). She's taken time off writing recently due to her involvement in the "Big Little Lies" productions.

Caught the 4th quarter.... I thought the Penn coach was nuts for kicking, lol.
But my key analysis is.... Penn State’s QB is a CUTIE!!!

The Ravens have turned out to be a great fit for Lamar (and vice versa). I feel like his transition to the NFL and general improvements have been quietly brilliant in this short time. It must be due to quality coaching and a healthy atmosphere. So happy for him.

Too bad the refs took that fumble return for a TD away from the Browns. They are told to let those type of plays play out. Instead of a TD, the Browns get the ball on their own 4.
I felt the hold on the Ravens subsequent TD, was a makeup call for that.

That was soo exciting!! Way to go Ravens!
Lamar’s in the playoffs baby!
-
I thirdly agree - hey Kyler/Tua, please entertain us. Sincerely, Slugging Couch Potatoes

This game seems to follow the same script annually, lol. Except for some hellacious Nwora dunks, it was bleh as expected.
Time to watch foooootball.
Go Cards, cya in 2019!

A Cardinal win would be super aww-some, but I know UK will win solidly as usual, lol.
Go Cards!
