Freddie D always has depth - I'm just rolling with Smith to have well over 1,000 yards.  He's about 5-11 and 200+.  He is very elusive, shifty, and quick.  If you don't lock him down early, he will leave you in the dust.

Combine that type of player with the type of team and line Freddie D has - I can't wait to watch him succeed.  Hate it for Taylor County, but he's going to be huge at Freddie D.

He was the best running back I saw last year.  I don’t know what the Broncos have back but IMO Smith will be the main RB.

Hampton just offered, per KSR, scholly for UK football after running a 4.42 40 at camp.  Has held baseball scholly from UK since freshman year.   Amazing athlete.

Been a great game.  Harlan has never quit even down 2 touchdowns.

Cal was at the forefront on alot - promoting getting guys to the NBA, giving pay to college players, etc.  He still thinks his way from up until 2015 works.  He has NOT adapted to the new world that is College bball with NIL and the transfer portal.  I belive he promises playing time to CERTAIN kids.  No way Wagner and Edwards should have been starting the last half of the year.  This got us behind most games (and we shoudl have had a big lead early against Oakland).  To quote Albert Einstein:  the definition of insanity:

Don't see anyone staning in their way to a title.  I would assume alot of stalling would be the only chance to keep it close and put the pressure on GC.

I was told that most of Adairs stars fouled out in this game as well.  Lyon is the favorite, but Adair has a nice team and as we saw in the first round, anything can happen.  I think Lyon wins by 8-12.

On the other hand, Ty Price with the most selfish outing of the season in the most important game of the season. Yep.  If you want to win a championship or at least a state tournament game you can’t keep gunning when you are 0 for 10 from 3.  If you are a leader and want to win anyway.  I’d rather have a team full of 10-12 point scorers than 1 guy averaging 30 - unless he is all world caliber.  They had opportunities to cut it to 3 or 4 and several times Price chucked another 3.  When you have teammates shooting good and you aren’t, find them.

Yet again another miss from 3 by Price - 0 for 9.  Not intelligent bball.

I don't get it - I know you're the teams leading scorer (Price), but you are 5 for 17 and 0 for7 from 3 - might not want to keep gunning and give the hot hands the chance to shoot.  Know when to pass when it's not your night.  

Castlen is 4 for 7 from 3 - why hog the ball and not give him a chance?

Crowe is a beast.  Huge loss for Owensboro.  Winstead I guess wants to be a RB and didn't like being replaced by Hampton.  Maddox fast but very average for OHS - probabaly a decent player for Ocath.
