PBR is the best site for high school baseball, in my opinion. Chris Fuller does a great job. There are still some really good unsigned D1 level players in the Class of 2014. Three of the better 2014 pitchers (Lee-St X; Dageforde-Trinity, Hisel- E.Jessamine) were injured or unable to play much summer ball, which negatively impacted their ranking. All three should be back at 100% this year.. I may be missing a couple.

Austin will play SS this year. He may play C if needed

Good list. I would add Devin Hairston (Tates Creek) & Riley Jackson (Lex Cath). Miniard & Thompson have the best potential to get drafted out of high school. There are some really good high D-1 level players who should emerge this year, but not considered top 15 today due to injuries.

They are good, but I don't see them winning the region. It will be between St X, Trinity & Male and I'd give X a slight advantage based on their explosive lineup and overall depth. Anything can happen!

St X, Trinity and Male should be the top three teams. St X will have a very potent offense and should put lots of runs on the board. Their pitching staff will be deep, especially if Miles Lee & Grant Wessling recover from injury. Lee is one of the top 2014 LHP's in the state, and Wessling was 5-0 last year as a soph. Trinity will have a strong pitching staff with Hoffman and Dageforde, (who is hopefully recovered from a torn labrum). T's offense is strong 1-5 in the batting order. Male should have good speed and a deep pitching staff. CAL will be dangerous any time Riley Thompson is on the mound.
