    I saw that exchange as well, it looked to me like coach pointed out the blood to him and I think he thought it must have been from one of the kids because he asked his partners to check the ones on the floor. After wiping it off it started bleeding again so he got a band-aid from the scorers table and played on. Coach was telling him he had to be replaced / leave the game. He (Jones) even asked someone up in the stands for the rule?
