We had this same discussion last night at home. Between the all "A" and senior year season loss - Arhens, Sticklen & Allison Tarvin this year, Bracken still is able to compete with the best. The girls are determined to win.

I was told by a parent last night that they (the parents) met with the AD and they are going to play. It may be with only 6-8 players with 6 being the likely number. Once again, nothing official.

I believe that there will be a lot of excitement in the program with new Coach Chambers and the hopeful return of several seniors-to-be that sat out last season
I wondered if that would happen. There was/is a lot of talent in the senior class that quit/transfered from the program.

By the way, I thought BGH was out for three games.
Is that "out to pasture"?

During the season, before and after Christmas.

Sarah played for Bracken County.

As far as Orme, I heard they talked to him (pretty reliable source). My understanding is that he wasn't interested. I can understand why.
He was talked to twice about the job.

RP - you are correct. Scary, isn't it?
-
That's not a surprise.

Is there a quota for each reagion? Based on the last two nights, that's the only way any of the 6 men I've seen would make a state level of anything. Poor &/or no calls all the way around. I now see what everyone was saying about 16th region officials.

Harrison played tough but the Lady Bears once again prove they are winners. It will be an uphill battle tomorrow, but Bracken can do it if they all pull together.

After the draws the past two weeks, hope PK has bought a lottery ticket!

What a night at the Igloo!!!! The girls, PK & company could have folded during the "All A". They have roared back and proven they are the real deal.
Mason Co has nothing to be down about. They have really come on strong at the end of the season.
Good luck next week.

Congratulations to Mason Co. Also a vindication for Coach Jerry Ormes.

Johnson Creek Covered Bridge in Robertson County is about 3 miles from Blue Licks State Park - US 68 to 165 to Old Blue Lick Pike. Its in a park setting which is nice for pictures.

2 minute mark - BC down one. Sarah goes down hurt, BB takes the ball, goes down the court, scores, and BC called for a touch foul.
I'm as at fault as anyone, but I believe we are off topic in this thread.

While "ifs" don't normally count, if Sarah had not been hurt while playing your team, the outcome of the entire 10th region all "A" along with the regular season would have been very different.

Noticed that Shelby Wade for Nicholas Co was not on the bench. Any reason why?
-
After watching Mason Co beat Bourbon Co soundly last night, they have come a long way since December. Cut down on the turnovers and they could beat St Pat.

Those two plus St. Pat. Bracken & Brossart play each other Wed night.

What time is the game against Cooper?
12:45 more or less.

Should be ready to move in during Chrismas break 2012/13. Enrollment K-12 is 450.

My daughter attends Blinn College just south of A&M. Her roomate's have A&M season tickets - so of course she's going. Maybe we'll see her on TV! :ylsuper:
