I know who you are talking about. Does it seem like he is getting the job done or would Boyle roll over most teams like this? How has the fans accepted him (Mason)?

It was a completely dominating performance by the JH Bulldogs. They had over 100+ yards in penalties. They potentially should have put up 42. Nelson was never any threat to score on the bulldogs defense. Nelson must pride themselves that they also stopped JH on (4) 4th down conversions, which states to me that JH had no respect for the cardinal offense. The Cardinals have some players and one of their most important was out tonight, but you have to move on. They only ran about 5 plays on offense and it didn't take long for the JH coaching staff to figure this out. It seemed to me that after the JH players got physical w/ #5 Brooks, he seemed to lay down. That has been a tag placed on him in the past. I wish both teams the best of luck for the remainder of the year!!!

Who is the head coach of Mercer?
-
John Hardin & Louisville Central seem to fit well in this discussion.
-
This one will be close. Bethlehem will win in a close game due to line play & defense.
-
I'll take JH in this one. They have too many weapons for the Green Wave.
-
St. X wins this one big!
-
Nelson has their way with the tigers in this one. Too much of everything, especially experience & leadership. NC 35-14.
-
Will be a great game!!! Class 6-A outside of the big three has needed a serious contender & though it is still too early to tell, Ballard atleast looks the part. After saying all that, I will still have to go with the defending champs in a barn burner St. X wins this one 42-41.

I believe it would be a complete shocker to see Manual win this one, but stranger things have happened in the opening week. It will be closer than the score provides, but Highland wins this one in a shootout 49-35.
-
I agree and see Nelson starting the season off on a strong note NC 35-14.
-
Good luck to Coach Rogers as I know he will have his team prepared. I will go w/ the upset in WC 35 -28.
-
Bowling Greens calls the score in this one 42-7.
-
Who wins this one & why?
-
Will be a closer game than expected, but Boyle will put some late points on the board. Boyle wins 42-28.

I am anxious to see Pike play & see if the hype is justified. Correct me if I am wrong, but this will be Eviston's debut as head man @ NCC? This will be a good game with Dixie pulling it out 35-21.
-
It should be interesting to see if Jordan Cooper comes along as a multi-threat @ either RB or QB. After watching the kid play basketball, he brings something they are in need of and that is speed, versatility, & athleticism.
-
This game will be a toss-up as Bethlehem has a new head coach & Ft. Knox seems to keep slowly improving. I will take Bethlehem in this one 28-21.
-
Didn't Ft. Knox's top back transfer to John Hardin, I think his name might be Quincy Brown?
-
I believe that Jordan will do well for the football team. He could play multiple positions on both sides of the ball and that will be what B-town needs. They will have a lot of filling in to do and he could be the x factor.

One can only re-paint the bleachers so many times. I agree that this should be @ the top of the list. This should have been done 10 years ago. Both sides will need to be done. As for the field, it looks like the right paperwork will need to be submitted as Lantz has let this slip through the cracks. It appears that it may be too late to get this done. It seems that they have almost reached the goal, funds wise, to replace the field. Being a former Cardinal, I wish them nothing but the best with all of this.
-
She will do well. I don't particuarly see her playing anything but the 4 or 5. Her shot is lacking and will need to get in better shape to start off the season, but her athleticism will help her play like a 6'5 player. I look forward to seeing her career move forward.

From first hand knowledge, the past coaches acted as the grounds crew for the football field. Mark Brown in particular did an outstanding job of not only taking care of the field, but getting booster club members that knew what they were doing to help. It would be a tall task to do this all alone, but the orders need to be coming from someone on the staff who can help get the ball rolling. The field has been in terrible shape the past couple of years. Allof the same traffic that is on there now has been on that field since it was redone in 1996. There are too many bad things going on up there to list. The school and the community deserves better!

Has Samantha Drake (Nelson Co.) committed yet?

I agree that BG will have a say as to who comes out of Western KY this year!
