I would think that playing Powell Co, Bell Co, Jackson Co, McCreary Central, and Knott Co would prepare Corbin for the speed Central has.

I guess some Corbin fans see this as another cupcake game since Belfry was way overrated and Corbin beat Central last year and nothing has changed but the coach at Central.

The keys for Corbin to win:

 

1. They cannot turn the ball over.

2. They need to put 2 good halves together, something they haven't really been able to do in some of these big games in the recent past.

3. Limit their penalties.

4. Make Central sustain long drives.

5. Keep playing aggressively on both sides of the ball if they build a lead.

Good list and pretty accurate.

Better add play great special teams.

I just think it strange that two schools located in the same small city are in different districts. I realize the difficulty in alignment but schools in the same town shouldn’t be a problem to fit into the same district.

Im sure its about the money. But Laurel isnt only place like that.

Another placement that is crazy is they have North and South Laurel schools in different districts in the 13th but they’re both located in the same city of London. That’s certainly a head scratcher.

Why does it matter. Southwest Pulaski isnt in same dist as Pulaski.
