Boone wins this game if Jet is out there. He is there best player on both sides of the ball. I have heard he has a broken ankle and possibly done for the season. Anyone know if that's true?

Could not believe that the Holmes Coach didn't use his last couple of TO to stop the clock in the last minute or seconds of the game.

 

The games that should be one that you won't want to miss on Monday is the Dixie vs. Boone game at 7:15pm. It should be a war....

Should be a good one. Dixie won by 1 at Boone. Boone was without their top scorer Borkowski in that game.

Thanks, I did not know he was in DBT either. I seen them with Petty in Cincinnati in 2010 and really liked them a lot. Knew nothing about them when we went to the show, went home and bought some songs the next day. I will check everything out you mentioned.

One of the great things about this site is sometimes hearing about new things. I had never heard of Jason Isbell before, I like all kinds of music, from Van Halen(both Sammy & Dave) to Metallica to James Taylor to old school R&B. I just looked up Jason Isbell and listened to some stuff on his site and actually liked it a lot. It's something a little different to hear than the norm. I will go on itunes and buy a few things. And I'm with you guys, I could not imagine ever not listening to music. It's part of my everyday life.

Boone needs to be in there too, they beat Holmes twice, lost by one to Dixie and lost by one to Cov Cath in the HC tournament. Should be a great tourney.

Aerosmith will be touring this summer no dates announced yet but should be soon. Tickets will go on sale in March.

A totally different sound without Michael Anthony's backing vocals. The song is just ok. I think most of the new album will be all re-worked demos. I know Bullethead and She's the woman are pre-VH 1. These songs could be very good but when you leave out part of the original VH sound(MA) it will not be the same.

I know at 6:40 St. Henry plays New Cath. for 3rd place. And at 8:00 Boone vs. Cov Cath in the championship game.

Boone beat St. Henry by 16. Play the winner of Cov Cath/ New Cath @ 800 tomorrow.

Good article, a buddy of mine that I work with went to the games last night. He said it was nice. One of the things if you notice the size of the floor, the 10 second line was past mid-court. After passing over the 10 second line then you could go back to mid-court for the over & back line.

Yes, Potter, Bolden and Covington all played. I stayed for the first half and thought SK played well. They were up by 2 at the half. Boone and Holmes play tomorrow at 400. Should be a good game.

My son plays on the BC freshman team and the refs were horrible, CCH I think still would have won the game, I'm not trying to take anything away from them. But the 2 guys in strips were terrible in the JV game too. There was also a player from CCH that got T'ed up also. Not sure what he did either. Worst officiating I have ever seen in any game. I was sitting with a guy who is a ref and he said they should not even be out there.

And with Schwartz as QB last year there was a big TE target in Brown and an overall better running back in J-Opp.

Looking forward to the Princeton game next Wednesday the 7th. I know Princeton took it to the Lady Rebels last year by 19. Seeing Hill have 10/10 last night is encouraging. I always thought Nash was good too. Sydney is always clutch.

FYI the rematch is Jan. 31st at Boone.

Boone's defense has been playing lights out. Blocked punt for a td and a pick 6. Another int. set up the other td.

Boone County is on a roll right now. No defense has been playing better. I look for them to beat Lafayette and move on to Scott County in the semi's.
