Ah, the old blame the opposition game............so.........EC........which presses and shoots 3's as their hallmark, blame ASHLAND for pressing & shooting 3's......which is their hallmark..........And. of course EC could have won by 60.......or 70.............or heck even 100 points if they were REALLY wanting to, but they were merely trying to hold Ashland in check by shooting 3 balls with under 3 minutes to go. You do realize on some level how silly that sounds, right? I understand that u have drunk the Kool Aid, but try & put it down every now and then. I don't blame the kids..........but I do blame Rick.

Bottom Line: EC was shooting 3's with their starters with 2 1/2 left up 33..........spin it however u wish, but that IS running it up. Mays called the dogs off against Russell & LC, but not against Ashland.........take your blinders off and look at the above facts. That said good luck to EC & bring home the hardware to the 16th!

I read the all tourney team for the region. Granted, the 4 from EC are well deserving (goes without saying), but these things are usually balanced depending upon how far each team reached. It was a little surprising that Bath Co. put 2 on it & Ashland only got one. I would have figured Skaggs or Johnson would have been on it. Oh, well...........best of luck to EC.
