Some schools seem to get players eligible, no matter what the case is. It wouldn't surprise anyone if they win the appeal.

Let's get the story right about what happen to Banks, First the Noble and Salyers kids left and then Allen and Fugate, then last week Banks went to Knott Co. at the Sportsplex and wouldn't play Perry Central or Hazard on Monday and came back on Thur. and beat Owsley by 1 pt. and then lost to Hazard's JV team by about 40. And Arch told him he wasn't going to have a team to lose to a JV team like that and also told Banks that he was the one in fault for running all the players off. That is 100% facts:

Why wouldn't they it is another year and another coach for Owsley. Seems about right

I'm wondering if rumors are true that Banks is going to be the next Owsley Co head coach. I bet he will end up coaching in some other school.

The timing is terrible. What happened..... Good luck to the bobcats they will recover and move forward they are a young team with a lot of potential.

Breathitt will be looking for a coach, but I already beleive that the position is filled. The coach at PCC has expressed interest in the opening, and is in talks with the superintendent of Breathitt. Jackson City will also be looking for a new coach. And on it goes, the carasel or coaches at Breathitt and Jackson City. Its a shame for the kids.

Where is you imformation from, I havn't seen anything to indicate Coach Banks is not going to be the coach next year.

Big win for Breathitt tonight. Estill shot the ball extremely well, must of made close to 15 threes. Breathitt looked like they have finally found some chemistry. This win has to give Breathitt some momentum going into district play. Anyone have stats on the game?

I agree, Breathitt moved the ball well,If they play like this in the tournament they could be a factor in the 14th.(I hope),But 1st they have to get bye

Just stating the facts.

The Owls are playing good toward the end of the season I would rather be [B]playing hot [/b]toward the end instead of playing hot in the beginning of the season.

If being 3 and 7 the 1st 10 games and winning 2 of the last 12 is playing hot

I would hate to think what playing cold would be.

JBS is falling apart at the seems. When Cox went down with his ankel injury Stepp thought he was the only one. I walked then acouple games ago and it seemed like even with Cox back, Stepp thought he was the "go to guy". I think this team is devided and the coach needs to pull them together if thye want to get back to the sweet 16.

June Buchanan is on a downward spiral right now. Three straight losses. They haven't played worth a plug nickle since Cox was injured. He's been playing, but not nearly at 100%, according to people that's seen him. This region is Hazard's to lose.

What is his injury?
