34th District predictions?

What are your predictions for the 34th district? St. Henry has it wrapped up, but who be runner-up?

I can't believe I'm saying this . . . but Villa? Think somehow they will pull it together.

I think I agree. They beat Dixie by 9. They lost to Lloyd by 1 in overtime. I watched that game and they should have won. Don't know if they can beat Dixie again. Villa really doesn't get the credit it deserves-like you said "I can't believe I'm saying this...". Villa has a lot of talent but doesn't get any press. They did get a nice article in the Community Recorder about their defense and their top players, Allie Hennard, Lauren Dumaine and Alex Hengge. In the last 2 games against Dixie they held Hartfiel to 3 points in two games. Hartfiel is an all-around great player and holding her to only 3 points is an accomplishment.

Dixie has to find a way to overcome the diamond and one Villa has used on Hartfiel. Junk defenses force other players to step up. If others can step up and help Hartfiel, Dixie might have a chance.
