The Campbell Co team had a 13 point lead going into the 4th quarter and let it slip away as Central Hardin wins in OT. Brett White led the Camels in scoring with 33 points and 8 rebounds, followed by Marcus Clines with 14 points and 5 rebounds. The Camels play Newport tonight a 6 pm followed by the championship game of Beechwood vs Central Hardin.

They've been outrebounded all year haven't they?

 

Not really.....they are currently around 220 boards to their opponents 206. They were out rebounded in the Brossart by 3, Bourbon by 7 and Central Hardin game by 12. But the boards last night hurt. 24 to their 36! I am sure the Camels will be working on that aspect of their game this week.

Congrats to Campbell for a nice run in their tourney. It appears Beechwood is "better than advertised". I know the results of the Campbell tourney had the 16th region guys muttering at the AIT! Is Campbell working Kenny Walker into their lineup more; I know he had a couple nice games? At 6'7" he should be able to help with that rebounding issue!
