NewCath never trailed in this one. Up 21-6 after 1st quarter and 29-20 at the half. Then the wheels fall off the bus for Newport in the 3rd & 4th quarters as they only score 4 in the 3rd (50-24 after 3) and 8 in the 4th and against the JV team who played the entire 4th quarter. It was the Zach Ryan-Brady Hightchew Show tonight for the Breds, Ryan with at least 6 or 7 treys. Drew McDonald was no where to be found tonight as he only had a couple of free throws if I'm not mistaken, can't remember if he hit a FG or not.

 

NewCath JV won 50-46, Newport up by 13 in the 3rd and led 40-33 after 3 and only score 6 in the 4th with 3 coming at the buzzer.

 

Sidenote: What's the deal with the lighting at Newport???? One small section of the floor looks like a spotlight is on while the rest is a whole lot dimmer, for a moment I thought I was back at the F & N Steakhouse ( if you ever remember how dark that place was).

1000% in a agreement. I am trying to get this issue taken care of, however that one word keeps coming up that stalls it, MONEY.
