Final.

Birds looked strong tonight running the floor. Pat Towles and Jake Gronotte both had very nice games for the Birds.

I didn't think they would ever score more points in a basketball game then they did in football!!

I haven't seen True play this year yet, but when I saw him play last year, he wasn't aggressive enough. If he can become aggressive, in both football and basketball, he can really be a force. He definitely has the size. Another plus is only being a sophomore.

Thanks Q. Bellevue does not have the athletes to handle True or Towles inside. Hoffman is a solid player for them though, but not really sure yet what else they have after him this year. Again congrats to the Birds on the win.

Yes, Hoffman is a nice player. He has a nice move to the goal but he likes to use his finger roll a little too much. I think he's been watching too many Old George Gervin tapes. LOL He could have had a few more baskets last night if he would have just secured the layup instead of trying to finger roll them. Great player and another kid who has really improved his game. Outside of him the Rodriguez boy can shoot the 3 well, Fogleman is a tough kid who hustles and will do dirty work and Ackerson has nice size but he is very young. Myers is a decent point guard. They handled the press pretty good and Hicks is doing a nice job with them but they didnt have the size nor could they handle the depth of Highlands.

Thanks fior the update Q. I need to get out and see a few more games.
